Our office is contracted with many different PPO dental plans. If we are not contracted with your insurance we can still bill them for you as a courtesy. Please call our office for other plans we may be on that are not shown below.
For those patients who are cash paying we offer you some different discount options and also a payment plan thru Capital One and Care Credit. Payment is expected the day of the service and we accept Visa, Master Card and Discover, however we do not accept American Express.
You can check the website of your insurance company by clicking on their logo below and you can also check your eligibility and benefits and print it out to bring with you to your appointment. This will help us to give you a fast and prompt estimate of future services
